In our work places we do experience fatigue, when your employees are at this stage; their capacity to do work will reduce which results to low productions, wastage of materials and break down of machines. You may experiences pains in your back, neck or headache because of working throughout without taking a break.
This is unhealthy because human being requires time for refreshing their minds and for their body to rest. God gave us one day so that we can rest; then why are we doing against His will?

Fatigue is defined as the decrease in the capacity of a person to do work because of the previous work. This is the sum of the results of activity that manifest themselves in form of diminished capacity for doing work.
